ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
The late Sri K. Nagari Varadachari, a patriot, lawyer, actor, singer, an affectionate father, a great devotee of The Lord of the Seven Hills and Bhagavad Ramanuja has left an indelible mark amongst all those who came in contact with him. With a pension of Rs. 100/- from Gandhi Smarak Nidhi, (kindly sanctioned by Pandit Shri.Govind Vallabha Pant). During his last days and even unto his last he never gave up khadi in every aspect of attire.
I pay my respectful and humble homage on behalf of all his children, grand and great-grand -children to a great man on his 125th birth anniversary. I thank Mr.K.V.K.Gandhi and Mr.K.Sridharan for their invaluable inputs and suggestions. I also express grateful thanks to Sri. J. Bhaskaraiah (retd Director – Primary Education Department, Govt. of Karnataka) to have collated and compiled the short history ably assisted by his daughter-in-law K.Sribhoomi Yesaswini, the grand-daughter of Sri K. Nagari Varagachari and was instrumental in conceiving the content with lot of enthusiasm and concern.
